Who Will Be In The Final Three Of Season 10 Of Project Runway?

So, I wanted to post this before the final three of season 10 of Project Runway are revealed. As we’ve seen in last week’s episode of Project Runway, Sonjie was eliminated and the final four were revealed to be Melissa, Fabio, Christopher, and Dmitry. Personally, I think that the two shoe-ins are Melissa and Christopher. The reason I think that is because they both have distinctive points-of-view and they have consistently been safe or in the top three. However, with Fabio and Dmitry, I’m not sure which one will fill the last spot in the final three. The reason I say that is because both have pros and cons to them. Both make excellent and well-tailored clothes. However, with Fabio, he has no definitive point-of-view when it comes to design. And with Dmitry, I have a feeling that he is a one-trick pony when it comes to designs. He reminds me of Laura Bennett from season 3, who if you’ve been watching Project Runway for a while know that she was known for predominately making clothes that she would wear herself. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

The Potential Final Three

I know I haven’t really talked about this season of Project Runway, but I at least wanted to write about who I think should be in the final three. Well, first off, I want to say who I think are shoe-ins. I think that Anya and Viktor are definite shoe-ins. I think that they’re shoe-ins because both of them have consistently been in the top three. Now, personally, I don’t think that Kimberly will be in the final three because she hasn’t consistently stood out to the judges in a good way. Plus, it doesn’t seem like she handles pressure well. As for Joshua and Laura, I could see either are filling the last spot. I say that because both have in the top and bottom three. Anyway, I guess we’ll just have to wait until tonight.

Rolling Stone’s Best and Worst Film and TV Vampires

I know this came out a while ago but I wanted to write about it. Umm…I can’t really say much about the best vampires because I haven’t seen most of the movies or tv shows that were mentioned. However, I would have to agree that Bela Lugosi as the Universal Studios Dracula is the best movie vampire of all time. I mean, no one can beat his Dracula. The only that I would change is to add Max Schreck as Count Orlok in the 1922 Nosferatu. Now, as far as the worst movie/tv vampires…I would have to disagree with Tom Cruise being on the list for his performance as Lestat in Interview with the Vampire. While it’s true that Anne Rice, the author of the novel on which the movie was based, initially protested to Tom Cruise being cast, she eventually praised his performance. I mean, he really did capture Lestat’s spirit as he was in Interview with the Vampire. As for Peter Facinelli as Carlisle Cullen, I’m not sure why he was put as on the list. The only thing I can think of would be his character actually has compassion. I don’t think that’s such a bad thing. Anyway, I found it funny that he was compared to Project Runway contestant Austin Scarlett.

The Season 8 Finale Of Project Runway

I know it’s been a while since the season eight finale of Project Runway but I just wanted to get my thoughts on it out there. After watching the season finale, all I can say is whoa. I really did not expect to see Gretchen as the winner. Personally, I thought that her collection was a little bit too wearable. That’s why I thought that Mondo would have won. His collection seemed more…high fashion oriented. But as I thought about it, the judges have set precedence of judging the way that they did. The example that I’m talking about would be between Chloe and Michael from season two. They were both excellent designers but it became a battlefield between which one they would rather have. Anyway, I honestly don’t think that Gretchen should have won. All I can say now is that the amount of winners is evenly distributed between men and women.

Season 8’s Final Three

Wow, we’re down to the final three for season 8 of Project Runway. I can’t wait to see the finale tomorrow. Well, before I get to revealing who I think will be the winner, I want to talk about Michael’s elimination. I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, I had my reservations about him making it to Fashion Week. Like I said before, his taste level has been all over the place. One minute, it’s along the lines of Dior or Chanel. Maybe not Dior or Chanel exactly, but you get my point. The next minute, it’s the tackiest thing every. Anyway, on the other hand, I felt sorry for him because of his family situation. I can’t imagine what it’s like to not have your family support you in your dream career. Anyway, as for who I think will will…I think it’s going to be Mondo. I’m not sure why I chose him. After Mondo, I think Andy will be in second place, and Gretchen in third. Well, I’m going to keep my fingers crossed.
