The Faerie Ring Review

Ok, I wanted to write this review before I forget my thoughts on the book. I read The Faerie Ring by Kiki Hamilton. You can read a summary of the book here. Overall, I thought that the story was an interesting one. What I mean by that is the fact that the author incorporated history into the book. I also liked the idea that the author also incorporated the faerie world into it. Anyway, I would recommend it if you’re into books that has historical fiction or faeries in it.

Die For Me Book Review

Wow. I think that this is the first time where I am actually writing a book review on the same day that I finished it. The book that I just finished reading today is Amy Plum’s Die For Me. You can read a brief summary of the book here. Well, I’ll just dive into it. Overall, I really enjoyed this book a lot. By the way, if you don’t want to know any spoilers, I suggest that you don’t continue reading this post. The thing that I enjoyed the most about this book was the interesting mythology involved. I found that the idea of revenants who come back to life in order to save other people to be very interesting. I mean, when I think of revenants, I usually think of the stereotypical zombie who kills people in order to eat their brains. Although, the evil characters in the book aren’t much better than the typical zombie in the sense that in order to survive, they have to kill people. Anyway, I find the book to be very interesting. I would recommend it if you want to read a book that is not your typical girl who falls for a “monster”.
