The Fight Between Alice And The Jabberwock

I recently watched The Princess Bride and obviously saw the fight between the Dread Pirate Roberts and Inigo Montoya on the Cliffs of Insanity. Anyway, you’re probably wondering how it relates to the fight between Alice and the Jabberwock from Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland. Well, as I was watching The Princess Bride, it dawned on me that the two fights were similar. I say that because both fights start off on a flat surface, then goes up to a set of stairs, and then ends with the winner back on the ground. Anyway, that’s just what I think.

Bob, My Friend

I was watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding the other day. Anyway, I was watching the part where Nikki and Angelo are fighting. It reminded me of my best guy friend, who I’ll call Bob. It reminded me of us because we fight like we were brother and sister. Plus he can infuriate me and B-Shawty, you know why. I won’t really get into how but I know that he cares for me like a sister. Anyway, other people who have seen us interact have also said that we fight like we’re an old married couple like Miracle Max and Valerie from The Princess Bride. I think what it is is that we’ve known each other long and well enough to know what ticks each other off and what buttons to push, etc.

“Overwhelming”

When I watched Clean House: The Messiest Home In The Country 3, the show pointed out that the mom said either that she was overwhelmed or that things were overwhelming constantly. That made me think of The Princess Bride because Vizzini always used to say “Inconceivable!” He would always say “inconceivable” whenever he was frustrated like how the mom would say overwhelmed or overwhelming. I thought it was funny because they used a word a lot to describe their frustration.
