Kathy Griffin vs. Pigeon Forge

I was watching one of Kathy Griffin’s comedy specials. It was the one where Kathy was talking about her Emmy Award speech and how Pigeon Forge’s Miracle Theater took out a $90k ad out against her. Now, I’m on the fence about this subject. On one hand, I agree with Kathy. I would think that Jesus and God would have bigger things to take care of than getting Kathy and every other celebrity an award. And even if Jesus and God did get these awards for these people, I would think it would have been for someone like Cesar Milan. In addition all of this, I have a problem with the actual Miracle Theater. I’m surprised that they even had $90k to spend on an ad. If I were in their shoes, I would have spent the money elsewhere like a local and or national charity. Anyway, on the other hand, I can see where the Miracle Theater people, and others like them, are coming from. If I was Christian, which I’m not, I would be pissed if someone said, “Suck it Jesus, this award is my God now!” I probably would have been like how dare she use the Lord’s name in vain. Anyway, that’s just what I think.

Toddlers Wearing Heels Is Wrong!

I saw this post from the fresh pressed. I was appalled to see that some toddlers, like Suri Cruise, are wearing heels on a regular basis. Now, I don’t have a problem with toddlers wearing heels when it comes to playing dress-up because it’s not like the toddler is wearing heels 24/7. The reason I have a problem with this situation is because of the side effects heels causes. Now, I’ve heard that women who wear heels 24/7 have side effects like shortened calf muscles, lower back aches, headaches, etc. So, by extension, if those side effects happen to full grown women, who knows what the effects would be on toddlers. I would think that the side effects would be much worse these toddlers are still growing.

The Jabberwock vs. Chernabog

I rewatched Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland last Saturday to help write a school paper. Anyway, I saw this the first time I saw Alice In Wonderland but it didn’t dawn on me until the second time I watched. Have you guys noticed that the way that the jabberwocky came forward was very similar to the way that Chernabog from Fantasia woke up? To be quite honest, I’m not surprised by that because Disney was involved with both movies.

The Bichon Pictures

I stumbled upon this post because of the wordpress editor’s picks. Anyway, in a nut shell, the post showed two pictures of this Bichon, which a breed of dog, with the fur around it’s ears, tail, and feet were dyed. Now, I have a bone to pick with this, no pun intended. I, personally, don’t mind seeing dogs dressed up in clothes or have little bows in their fur, etc., to make them look even cuter, but I think it’s wrong to dye the dog’s fur. I think it’s overkill. Anyway, that’s just what I think.

Are Bonnie Wright and Jamie Campbell Bower Engaged?

I stumbled upon this video through watching an extended version of the Eclipse trailer. In the video, it talked about how there are rumors that Bonnie Wright, who plays Ginnie Weasley in Harry Potter, and Jamie Campbell Bower, who played Caius and Anthony in New Moon and Sweeney Todd, are engaged to be married. When I first heard that, I was like “What?” Anyway, if the rumors are true, I think that they should wait until they are a little bit older. I say that for two reasons. The first reason is that Bonnie and Jamie are young. I mean Jamie is only a few months younger than me. And from what I understand, Bonnie is about two to three years younger than me and Jamie. Since I’m still 21, that would make Bonnie about 19ish. Now, I’ve heard that young married couples, where both people are in their early 20s, the marriage usually doesn’t last very long. So, based on that factor alone, I think they should wait. Anyway, the second reason is that both Bonnie and Jamie are celebrities. And everybody who hasn’t been living under a rock also knows that when two celebrities get married to each other, their marriage usually doesn’t last very long either. So, when you combine the youth and celebrity factor into the marriage, it’s most likely going to fail. I’m not saying that if the rumors are true and they actually get married, that the marriage will automatically fail. However, Bonnie and Jamie would have a lot stacked against them.
